The iconic Tower 42, formerly known as the NatWest Tower, is the City of London’s original skyscraper.
The wider Estate includes six self-contained buildings on a site of 2.2 acres with 500,000 sq. ft of commercial space. Tower 42 itself offers 324,000 sq. ft of high-quality office space with panoramic views across the City.
Featuring a wide range of amenities, including wellness, dining, and shopping facilities, the Estate is also recognised for its Capix LED multi-media lighting system. Installed around the top of the Tower a variety of large-scale lighting designs are displayed throughout the year, promoting community and charitable events.
