We were thrilled to visit the new NLA London Model at the London Centre to view the 1:2000 scale model of 40 Broadway.
Mosaic CSE, alongside Tellon Capital and 3DReid, submitted location plans and 3D models for the 115,000 sq. ft high-quality commercial scheme in St James’s Park to be added to the model ahead of the exhibition opening in April.
Showcasing 19 boroughs, 34km of the Thames and 21 bridges, the 12.5-metre-long model was created by Pipers Model Makers. Stretching from King’s Cross in the north to Peckham in the south and the Royal Docks in the east to White City in the west, it covers over 195 sq.km of London.
