Mosaic CSE is delighted to have been appointed to provide structural engineering design services for a number of exciting new developments around the Tower 42 Estate, in addition to general building management.

The iconic Tower 42, formerly known as the NatWest Tower, is the City of London’s original skyscraper.

The wider Estate includes six self-contained buildings on a site of 2.2 acres with 500,000 sq. ft of commercial space. The tower itself offers 324,000 sq. ft of high-quality office space with panoramic views across the City.

Featuring a wide range of amenities, including wellness, dining, and shopping facilities, the Estate is also recognised for its Capix LED multi-media lighting system. Installed around the top of the Tower a variety of large-scale lighting designs are displayed throughout the year, promoting community and charitable events.
