The high-end residential-led scheme in Enfield, north London, has been awarded Resolution to Grant.
Located on the site of the former Black Horse public house, 179 Hertford Road will comprise 38 new residential apartments over commercial premises on ground floor. Designed as two separate volumes, the building composition is enhanced with a combination of red and grey brick with a recessed fifth storey and central entranceway.
The scheme offers a significant opportunity to revitalize the existing high street once complete.
