Almack House is a landmark commercial building located in the centre of Mayfair, Central London, opposite Christie’s London King Street Auctions.
We were appointed to provide structural engineering design services for the connecting staircase between floors of the 21,150 sq. ft workspace. Additional features include multiple tenant fit outs, breakout areas, cellular offices, meeting rooms, a communal rooftop terrace and basement parking with high-end gym facilities.
Drawing on the colourful history of Almack’s Assembly Rooms, one of the well-known and patronised mixed-sex clubs during the 19th century, a plush and welcoming reception and waiting area is mixed with modern but eclectic design elements such as the feature hexagonal metallic mosaic and feature lighting.
