Planning has been approved to reconfigure this bespoke 20th Century detached family residence, located within an area of special residential character (ASRC) in Park Langley, Bromley.
We have been appointed to assist the design team for the reconfiguration of the Barnfield Wood Road’s internal layout to meet modern living requirements, including a new staircase to improve access, circulation and daylight penetration. Further works consist of an additional guest bedroom with en-suite, rear extension, and considered architectural enhancements that complement the existing building’s character.
The site is also subject to a tree preservation order (TPO).
