Following our appointment to transform The Br3wery’s first community-focused brewery in Beckenham, we are now providing structural engineering design services for their new brewhouse on Birkbeck Road.
Planning is in place for the existing workshop and office space to be reconfigured into the bespoke brewhouse and tasting taproom on ground floor, with staff amenities at first level. It aims to provide a destination for the whole family, and add to the facilities of the local community that other local establishments are currently lacking.
Once complete, the Br3wery will be able to significantly increase their production, further to allowing for more indoor seating than their current workspace.
The Br3wery’s founder, Cadu Gomes, commented; “So far, we have brewed 36,000 litres of beer at our small brewhouse/taproom on 253 Beckenham Road and have only received positive feedback from our neighbours and surroundings. We are proudly born, brewed, and expanding in Beckenham, and look forward to opening a second Br3wery soon.”
